UIIC AO Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern
Descriptive Test (For Both Generalists and Specialists): The Descriptive Test will last 30 minutes and carry 30 marks, focusing on the English Language. It will include Letter Writing (10 marks) and an Essay (20 marks). The test will be conducted online in English. Candidates must achieve a minimum score in each section of the objective test to qualify for the descriptive test evaluation.
The descriptive answer scripts will only be evaluated for those who pass the objective test. Based on the number of vacancies, cut-offs will be set for evaluating the descriptive paper. Candidates must achieve a minimum total score in the objective test and qualify in the descriptive test to be shortlisted for the interview. The qualifying marks for the descriptive test will be decided by the company.
Note: Candidates must pass the descriptive test, but the marks from it will not count towards shortlisting for the interview or final selection.
