The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has released an important official notice regarding the PET & PST for Head Constable (Ministerial) – 2020 Recruitment. Candidates who applied for this recruitment can now prepare for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) which will begin from 28 January 2026.
Thousands of candidates were waiting for this update, and now the SSB HC (Min) PET/PST Admit Card 2026 is being released phase-wise.
SSB Head Constable (Ministerial) PET/PST 2026 – Official Update
As per the official notice issued by the Directorate General, SSB (HQ), New Delhi, the PET & PST will be conducted at 10 different venues across India starting from 28 January 2026.
However, candidates whose PET/PST is scheduled from 09 February 2026 onwards are informed that their admit cards are not yet generated and will be released soon on the official SSB recruitment portal.

Official Notice Details (From Admit Card Circular)
According to the official notice:
“Candidates are advised to click on the link below to download the Admit Card for Head Constable (Ministerial) – 2020 for PET & PST which will be conducted at 10 different venues w.e.f. 28.01.2026 onwards.”
It further states:
“The admit card for candidates scheduled w.e.f. 09.02.2026 is not yet generated. The same will be released soon. Candidates are advised to visit the SSB recruitment website regularly for updates.”

- Visit the official SSB portal.
- Open the PET/PST Admit Card link.
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on Submit.
- Download and print your admit card.
