NVS Patna Region Teaching and Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), Patna Region has released an official notification for the engagement of Teaching (PGT/TGT) and Non-Teaching Staff (Staff Nurse) on a contractual basis for the academic session 2026-27 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) of Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. Online applications have been invited from eligible candidates through the official website. The NVS Patna Region Teaching and Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 7 May 2026, and the online applications are invited from 8 May to 23 May 2026.
Candidates can apply online from 08 May 2026 to 15 May 2026. The personal interaction/interview for shortlisted candidates will be conducted from 21 May 2026 to 23 May 2026.

Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and personal interaction.
Personal interaction will be conducted only in offline mode.
Candidates must bring self-attested photocopies of certificates and original documents during verification.
Government-issued Photo ID proof is mandatory during document verification.
NVS reserves the right to modify the place of personal interaction for subjects notified if required.
Contract Terms and Conditions
Engagement will be purely on a contractual basis for the academic session 2026-27.
The contract will automatically terminate on expiry of the contract period.
The contract staff will not have any claim for a regular appointment in NVS.
Selected candidates will stay in the Vidyalaya campus if accommodation is available.
Contract staff will get free meals along with students if available.
One month’s remuneration will not be paid to the contract staff if they leave the institution during the contract period without notice.
Contract staff will be eligible for 10 months tenure.
Casual leave facility will be available as per the notification rules.
