The SSC GD PET PST will be held from 23 September to 8 November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Age Limit: 

• Candidate age should be between 18-23 Years For Constable GD as of 01.01.2024.
• Age Relaxation of 05 Years is applicable to SC/ST & 03 Years for OBC Candidates.

Educational Qualification:

A candidate should have passed Matriculation (10^th) Standard or equivalent from any recognized board or University as per notification.

SSC GD Written Exam Syllabus (CBT):

Noted: There will be a negative marking of 1/4th on every wrong answer.

Pay Scale:

• RS.-   21700-69100/- Per Month (Level-3)

SSC GD 2024 PET/PMT

The candidates who have qualified the GD Constable CBT exam will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). The details of the SSC GD PET and PMT are given below.

Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Height:
  • Minimum height for males: 170 cm
  • Minimum height for females: 157 cm
  • Relaxations for candidates belonging to specific regions and categories.
• Chest (Male Candidates Only):
  • Unexpanded: 80 cm
  • Minimum expansion: 5 cm
  • Relaxations for specific categories.
• Weight: Your weight must be proportionate to your height and age.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Race:

• Male candidates must complete a 5 km run in 24 minutes.
• Female candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 8.5 minutes.
• For candidates belonging to the Ladakh region:
  • Males must complete a 1.6 km run in 7 minutes.
  • Females must complete an 800-meter run in 5 minutes.
