IIFCL Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
IIFCL Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026: Selection will be done in two stages. The first stage is the Online Examination which includes Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Financial Awareness, and Domain Knowledge. The total marks will be 200, and the duration will be 120 minutes with negative marking of one-fourth.
The second stage is an interview, which will be 100 marks. Final selection will be based on the combined marks of the online exam and interview, with a weightage of 40:60.
