• For Junior Stenographer (Hindi / English) : [18 to 27 years as on 07.05.2025]:

Qualification :

• For Junior Stenographer: Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have knowledge of Stenographer.
• For Junior Secretariat Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed with should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.

Pay Matrix : 

• For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Rs. 19,900 – Rs. 63,200/-
• For Junior Stenographer: Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100/-

Following documents must be uploaded along with online application form:

• Proof for remittance of application fee of Rs. 500/- paid through SBI collect (E-receipt/Transaction reference), wherever applicable.
• Recent Passport size Colour photograph uploaded at appropriate place.
• Signature of the candidate uploaded at appropriate place.
• Copy of Matriculation /10th Standard or equivalent marksheet/certificate indicating date of birth or School leaving certificate indicating Date of Birth in support of Name and Date of Birth.
• Copy of Gazette Notification/Affidavit from appropriate authority in support of change of name/ mismatch in name/ variation in name of candidate (if applicable).
• Copies of educational certificate(s) and/or mark sheet(s) supporting the essential qualifications and any higher qualifications.
• Conversion formula of CGPA/SGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI grades etc. into percentage, issued by the University, if applicable.
• Copy of full Discharge book & valid Ex-Servicemen certificate, if any.
• Copy of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Class/ Economically Weaker Section / PwBD certificate(s) in the prescribed Government of India (GoI) format issued by the specified authority, if applicable.
• Copy of the ‘Form of Declaration’ from OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, supporting their claim in the application that they do not belong to the OBC (Creamy Layer) category based on income for the immediate preceding three financial years.
• Copies of experience certificates, if any.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC)/Proper channel Application, wherever applicable.
• PwBD certificate, in the prescribed Government of India (GoI) format signed by the specified authority, if applicable.
• Any other relevant document/certificates in support of the claim made(s) in the application, as applicable.
